Type 130-160 (130 to 160 olives per kg) Organic olives are exclusively harvested from organic olive groves at the appropriate olive ripening season (until 10th of January). All hand-picked without any marks and damages.

High quality screening assuring the quality and the 130-160 type. Apply a natural fermentation process, without chemicals or additives and the whole process is completed, under close monitoring.

Significant effect on taste and quality of organic  olives with little salt, is their non-heat treatment (organic olives without pasteurization).
